Roxy Throncho

 

A Throncho is knitted like a throw and then partly seamed.  It is worn as a flattering hybrid of a throw and a poncho.

Roxy is a simple lace Throncho.

I rate this as easy.

Yarn, needles, etc

Finished Size

Finished size before blocking/washing:  50cm x 153cm.

Finished size after blocking/washing:  53cm x 170cm before folding and sewing up.

Yarn

8 x 50g balls of Rowan Alpaca Colour this is what it was originally knitted in, now discontinued) or equivalent length (c1,000m) of any DK wool/animal fibre based yarn

Needles

4mm needles (due to length and weight of the Throncho I used an 80cm fixed cable circular)

3.25mm needles (due to length and weight of the Throncho I used an 80cm fixed cable circular)
